Yes, I used 12 gauge on my truck and it worked fine, but if the trailer battery is going to be used frequently, 10 gauge would charge faster.
Yes, but unless you're using the speakers outside and need that extra layer of protection, it's a little overkill. Regular speaker wire will suffice in the absence of this.

I bought this wire to use in a new solar system I'm putting together. I ordered everything on the same day, and this was the first item to arrive; I like that it's marine grade, but the outer shielding could be a little thicker for abrasion resistance. I'm sure it's fine as is; however, I believe it would be even better if it were a little thicker. The inner shielding is thicker, which I suppose is what matters. I also like that one side is plain white with only one side of text, so it will blend in nicely with the rest of my white RV.
In these days of Covid- it's unreal to go from a small town in Pennsylvania to nowhere in Florida. Thank you for a great product and the best packaging I've seen in a long time; I'll be back.
I would buy this marine wire again because it was of good quality.
It's really good! This will be used in the automotive industry. Providing power to radio equipment that requires a lot of it. It's fantastic material.
Seller is fantastic! Shipping was extremely quick, and the product was of excellent quality. Everything was in its place! I will most certainly return to this seller to buy more items! Thank you very much!.
On trailers, I began using marine wire, which greatly improved their functionality. As a result, when trailer brake wires needed to be replaced, this was the wire to use!.
It's the real deal with this wire.
