Is it possible to increase the brightness of a 1210 / 3528 led by putting it on 12 volts? Please let me know if this is not the case. ?
You will not be able to do so. The maximum voltage is set at three. 2v. If you raise the voltage to 12 volts, they will quickly burn out.
What is the most effective method for separating these? Is it an exacto knife?
They're just in a holder to keep them from falling apart. They will fall out of the black reel tape as soon as the clear top is peeled back.
