Add one more. Inline 2 K ohm resistor; if you stare at it long enough, it will flicker at 60 Hz, which should be fine for your doorbell application. br>You could get a regular LED for less money and add your own two. Resistor with a value of 2 kilohms. Use the amber color to match the old bulb's light color.
They're completely white with a 6000K color temperature.
The bulb's length is approximately 12 inches. 3/16" from the base of the bulb to the top of the bulb where the leads are inserted. It is estimated to be about The emitted light color is a deep blue and is visible from a fairly wide angle, but is most focused and extremely bright when viewed straight on, measuring 1 3/8" from the top of the bulb to the longest lead and about 1/8" wide. I'm not sure how to determine a viewing angle for the focus on this part, and I don't have any knowledge of how to do so.

I applaud the manufacturer for doing such a great job. It's a great idea to use a resistor and a LED together. I applaud the manufacturer for including such a useful feature. I've only used three of the ten LEDs. I found the small flattened areas near the top of the bulb to be convenient for extending the legs out straight, as they easily bent at that location. They are not all exactly the same color temperature, so you may have to mix and match to find two that have equal color temperatures if you want them to look exactly the same side by side. br>br>One of the three bulbs began to behave erratically, brightening and dimming several times per minute. This bulb was thrown away. br>br>These will be used to replace incandescent wheat bulbs in old analog meters. Because of the potential for surge current when the bulbs were energized, replacing them with straight LEDs without resistors may have shortened the LED's life. For the purposes of lighting the meter faces, I found the light intensity to be adequate. br>br>Overall, the bulbs are very convenient, but there are issues with quality control in terms of color temperature and function; however, the value is excellent, even if you have to mix and match and toss a couple, which is why they receive four stars.
These were soldered into the instrument cluster, air conditioning controls, and steering wheel controls of my 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab 4x4 truck. They're bright as hell, easy to work with, and dim beautifully. br>br> I strongly suggest it.
This tiny LED is quite bright, and I installed it on a Technics SL-100. I didn't need any resistors (there's one built into the LED itself), so nothing else is required for this model turntable, and the price is reasonable.
The clarity and quality are exceptional. Mine were not the advertised 5000mcd, but they'll suffice. Shipping was quick and the package arrived safely in a padded envelope. The only issue I had was with the shipping. I ordered two sets and was charged twice for shipping, but both orders arrived in the same envelope. Aside from that, I'm very happy with the products and the delivery time.
A few of the LEDs were flickering, which was an issue. That disappointed me, but I only docked one star because it saved me a lot of time when it came to installing these in my 4Runner's dashboard.
They work perfectly as instrument light replacements in my 2004 Impala. You must locate the circuit board's side; however, despite the fact that it is labeled as dimmable, it does not actually dim.
It does exactly what it says. So far, I'm enjoying them. They appear to be a little expensive for what they are, but that is just my opinion.
