HSS bits for the cable dovetail jig. Chip out used to be an issue, but not any longer! By utilizing this carbide, you will be able to achieve a higher level of performance. The answer was a spiral bit. I wasn't sure what had happened when I first used it in my trim router; there was no cutting noise, no cutting feel in my hand, nothing. To see what was going on, I had to move the router out of the way. Perfect cuts, as if you were slicing through velvet. Lines are straight, edges are perfect, and there is no chipping. I'm extremely happy. I even attempted it without the use of a backing board or masking tape. Stunning. br>Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow,.
I was hoping to get a half-in shank bit for my router. The shank on this one is 1/4 inch. It was entirely my fault; I switched routers and everything was fine.
So far, this bit has been my CNC's workhorse. The bit itself is surprisingly strong and has a very good clean cut.
There were no issues at all.
I'd expect it to dull faster if I were cutting in a hardwood, but it should go on like the battery bunny with pine!.
It arrived quickly and is in excellent condition.
Whiteside has a knack for not letting you down.
