TIR is superior to what they list, and I would purchase another

The runout was under the maximum they listed even when fully retracted, which was a very nice product. I bought this HHIP instead of the other one that was widely available on Amazon, and it was far superior. I bought a small HHIP chuck and it fit perfectly with no TIR. I've run it up to 4000 RPMs with no problems. This is the drill feed to get if you want a sensitive drill feed.

I didn't measure the runout, but it did allow me to drill 74 holes in 6061-T6 aluminum. T6 with no issues and (as of yet) no broken bits.

THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL

The shaft of the item had a broken ball bearing shield on it when it arrived. As received, this item is unusable! There is no quality control at all! Rip off!.
