Magnetic lock with a 500-pound capacity. To control traffic, a holding force is connected to a door access system like a push bar, request-to-exit device, or credential reader to create a secure locking system for a single inswing or outswing door.

The armature plate is flush with the door and pivots to compensate for minor irregularities, allowing it to make contact with the electromagnet mounted below the doorframe's top.

The automatic voltage selection feature detects whether the electrical connection is 12 or 24 volts DC and adjusts the voltage accordingly.

If there are voltage spikes, the automatic surge suppressor protects the equipment.

When the power is removed, the fail-safe design loses its magnetism and opens.

Choosing a photo and a description is a difficult task

The product I received did not match the title, photos, or description. It has a picture of the M400 series in the title and discusses the mounting and other features of the M400 in some of the description. I just noticed that in one small spot on the page, it says model 40 instead of M400, as it does throughout the rest of the page. This is very misleading, and I believe you should change the appearance of your page so that others do not get something completely different than what they expected.
