br>br>With this new one, I'm much happier; it also fits well with the style of the door, with a simple and clean look; however, the best part is the handle design; this is where I keep my grill, and I like the fact that the handle design makes it much easier for me to open the door when I'm holding a plate of ribs or whatever. It didn't come with the center lock piece, so I simply contacted a local locksmith to have one made for me that fit and could be keyed to match the other locks. You have to do that with the majority of handles like this. br>br>Overall, I'm very happy with the new handle; it fits and looks great on my door, and it functions flawlessly. br>br>The locksmith I went to said that the handle brand I chose was a good one. He basically said they were a good quality handle after we talked about it.

Now, admittedly, this isn't the most exciting item in the world, but when you need it, it's super durable and heavy-duty. This Grade 1 lock is designed for business use and is rated for storage, which means it is locked by default. This is ADA and fire-rated, and the extra-large levers make it simple to use. This lock is heavy, big, and bulky, making it one of the more secure options. can withstand a lot of punishment. There are no concerns about durability, even if it is abused by boxes or other work. This is a solid lockset with a nice appearance and good performance. The sleek silver appeals to the eye and has a solid feel to it. It's a grade 2, so it's ideal for light commercial or residential applications. The core isn't included with it. I've been working on upgrading the locks and doors on our greenhouse and kennels, and I hired a locksmith to help me. The instructions were adequate, if a little dense for my tastes, but someone more mechanically inclined than I could probably put this together without too much difficulty.
