Very sturdy and well-fitting

I needed to replace an old lock and couldn't find anything that was close enough. This plate was useful because it concealed the unsightly holes and provided a nice finish. The metal with nuts to screw the latch into was a lifesaver for me because there was damage where the latch goes.

Excellent item - Processing takes a long time

The product itself is excellent, but I have never seen anything take so long to arrive; it appears that the company does not begin manufacturing the product until the order is placed, or perhaps they need to mine the ore first; in any case, I have been waiting for nearly a month and have just received word that only one of the three items I ordered is on its way. It's a complete disgrace.
