Because the rings are made of plastic, they are lightweight, which is beneficial to the magnets. The handles are only for show because the handle magnet would pull the door off the hinges if you tried to open it with it. For a fantastic garage makeover, I combined them with a magnetic dividing line and fake windows.

These were an excellent way to complete my faux wood garage door project, which transformed my garage door from a boring metal door to one that resembled real wood. The magnets are extremely powerful and hold a lot of weight. I was worried that they would be knocked off when the door opened, but they aren't. During the movement, they are completely still. My husband was worried they'd look cheap, but he thinks they're fantastic! br>The clavos were purchased from another Amazon seller. 50 pack.

Great product that gives our garage doors a more expensive or new appearance. We've already received a number of compliments, with the majority assuming we've installed new garage doors. Because these are magnets, installation requires very little effort and time. They clung to our doors with tenacity and haven't moved since. Unlike other similar products that require drilling into the door, these protect the integrity of your garage doors, which was a major factor in my decision to go with these over other options. br>br>The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the material these are made of is plastic rather than metal, but you wouldn't know it unless you held them. br>br>I adore the old carriage door look that these give our garage doors, especially since they are visible from the street as part of our curb appeal. br>br>Overall, I highly recommend these and have already told friends about them.

It was well worth the money. Before ordering, it was difficult to believe that a plastic magnetic hinge could look so real and elegant. It did all of that and more! br>br>When people came to visit, the first thing they saw was an old and unappealing double garage door. We were unsure about our son's suggestion to look into magnetic accessories. We decided to give it a shot after reading the reviews. We couldn't be happier with it because it looks so real and solid. We used it on the house garage as well, to ensure that they were all in the same color scheme. br>br>Believe me when I say that this slightly higher-priced set is WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. Even up close, it's difficult to tell it's made of plastic. It also has a good grip. The large ring handles are eye-catching and contribute to the facade's completion. br>br>Only one stipulation: As it rolls up, double-check for clearance. One garage door was in good working order, while the other was on the verge of breaking down. The 'nailhead sure and hinge have a solid presence that gives the surface a real dimension thanks to their well-designed for a sturdy real look.

They're made of heavy plastic and have strong magnets attached to them. However, they appear to be fantastic! It's hard to tell they're not made of metal. They stayed put and added a lot of character to an otherwise uninteresting garage door. In addition, if you want to relocate or re-establish your home, It's very simple to place them. At some point, I intend to "faux wood" paint my door, which will give it an even nicer carriage door appearance. My mother was so taken with them that she asked me to order a set for her home! br>Before and after photos are attached.

On plain old garage doors, it added a nice touch. The magnets are powerful enough to hold a pair of wet jeans on the "door handles" provided in this kit. This style is larger and thicker than most others I've seen from other brands. So it's not some flimsy little item clinging to the door for a two car single door, but it looks great. My garage door is insulated metal and works perfectly, and I've also hung the "door handles" on my front door while I figure out if they'll go with the rest of the house's design. After 4 weeks of use, everything is running smoothly; as you can see from my rating, this is a fantastic product.

It also looks great! It looks fantastic. Initially, I considered purchasing two sets for a two-car garage door, but I'm glad I decided to try out just one set first; I believe it gives the door a much cleaner appearance. My only concern is that the magnets will work in SoCal, but they will. This gave my drab garage just the right amount of oomph. I'm very happy.

It transforms my plain builder-supplied garage door into a work of art. Up close, it appears to be plastic, but from the street, it appears to be real and functional, as stated by other reviewers. My only criticism is that it is somewhat expensive when compared to the other designs and options available on Amazon. But there are no regrets at the end of the day!.
