How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

In this package there are 15 pieces of extruder wheels in a pack, which is sufficient to cover most of your needs or to substitute what you have.
There are 36 teeth on each gear, and each one is approximately 50 mm in diameter. It is 11 mm x 11 mm or 0 mm thick. There are 43 zeros in this equation. There are 43 inches (L x W), and its inner diameter is approximately 4 inches. Five millimeters per one inch Please check if the size is suitable for your needs before purchasing a 2 inches, 36 teeth, standard 3D printer the size fits most standard printers.
The purpose of our 3D printer parts is to replace your broken part as soon as possible, make your 3D printer more efficient and more reliable by replacing your damaged part with our one.
This sturdy 36-tooth gear set is made of durable stainless steel that will never rust and will never corrode, making it durable and stable to use, while providing the best possible bearing capacity, so that you can perform your printer's job more efficiently.
Our stainless steel extruder wheel gears are simple to install and are compatible with most 3D printers, including the CR-10, CR-10S, S4, S5, Ender 3, and Ender 3 Pro

Questions & Answers

Are your E steps needing to be calibrated again after you install that? It is 36 teeth in stock, but it is 40 in stock?

As far as I am concerned, it wouldn't hurt to calibrate the E steps just to be safe. To answer your question as you asked it, I am not sure that you will "need" to do so, but I think it is advantageous.

The gears you are describing are they compatible with a Bibo 3D ?

the same diameter and size as a standard gear, but made of stainless steel & Aluminum The teeth are fewer so the grip is deeper. You should be able to use them as long as your printer uses gears that are the same as most others. Just a word of advice when working with the extruder, check the flow rate after changing anything.

These gears perform better than the brass gear that came with CR10 v2 printers from Creality
5/5

Having stayed without food for only a couple of days With the stop of printing, I found that the teeth on the brass gear which came installed on my Creality CR10 v2 printers became worn down so that they were no longer able to feed and extrude filament as consistently. As a result, I tried stainless steel gears for the extruder. The gear only has 36 teeth, but I had no trouble feeding filament to my prints despite it having only 36 teeth compared to the stock CR10 gear. Despite the differences in diameter (therefore the pitch is different, given the 36T vs 40T difference), one might think that the pitch is the same. Compared to the brass gear that was included with the CR10 v2, this stainless steel gear will last a lot longer. It is expected to last a little longer than stock CR10 gear, right? Even though the teeth are showing signs of wear now, they have outlasted the CR10 gear in terms of how long it stayed in perfect condition. As a result, I estimate that this tooth lasts around two to three years A CR10 that is 3x longer than the CR10 (answer non-scientific).

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it
3/5

beware - you get 15 items but many are likely to be in poor condition. Hole locations are not concentric and they are also not orthogonal to the A lot of set screws are also not drilled with a 90 degree angle. There are some that don't even come Additionally, the teeth of these slip fairly badly on PLA due to their insufficient sharpness. A gear that is not correctly spinning and does not push filament consistently is a result. In the 15 that I provided, I had two that I personally deemed acceptable. Almost perfect, but close enough to the specs to be functional. I use acceptable because they are not perfect but close enough to be acceptable. It's important to see pictures of the five worst offenders out of the 15, that way you can see for yourself what's going on. I suggest you just buy genuine quality brass replacements or go with a better grade of steel. It's not worth my time to return because it's cheaper than a $10 gift card. I recommend you do not purchase because you'll not be satisfied. There is no reason why they couldn't include five gears in place of fifteen and increase quality. After all, they are stainless steel and need to last a very long time.

Replacement for brass that is excellent
5/5

You can use them to change over the brass gears that will wear and eventually ruin the prints. The culprit still eludes you hours later after you spent hours searching for them.

It looks like every piece is in good shape
5/5

These were just received yesterday and I have already used them to print a model for twelve hours. They are working great. It was easy to extrude the filament. A magnifying glass was used to examine the rest of them closely and I found there was no difference from part to part. I believe stainless steel will However, I am so far very satisfied with my purchase that I am waiting to see what the future holds.

The new brass ones are much better than the stock The factory extruder gear on my Ender 3 Pro needed to be replaced after a year of hard use, but I didn't want to go with brass again, so I bought these
5/5

They are stronger, have bigger teeth, and will last longer than that brass one. In order to compensate for the larger teeth on the gears, you will need to adjust your extruder. My price moved down by just a few points.

My problem with extrusion has been solved
5/5

A particular point on the end of my Ender 3 V2 extruder was slipping on the wheel gear. This was resulting in underextrusion. filament gripper that comes with the printer just worn out over time, and no longer could securely grip Despite being steel, the teeth of this unit are sharp, biting into the filament with great force. I'm really happy with how the prints look.

You may want to try the stock brass one it is more reliable! The teeth weren't able to grab anything in my Ender 3 Pro after wearing it for quite some time
5/5

Certainly, it took about a year and about 30 to 40 employees to get the job done I've rolled 35 times now. As these seem to be more durable, I am sure I will be able to stick with them.

Grip is strong, and the quality is excellent
5/5

Compared to the original, these are excellent replacements. You should keep the gears on your extruder clean and replace them once they begin to wear. The gears here are better than the gears found in OEMs.
