When 'water soluble' resin is left on a paper towel, it can do a lot of damage to a wooden desk's varnish. It works wonders on stains. You never know, it could be the best option. br>br>This small mat is a fantastic buy; the only drawback is that it isn't larger. I wish it was big enough for my printer, cure station, and enough space to play with. Perhaps that's why they're so big. But I'm not aware of them. br>br>This is a good one. It has a small lip that collects liquid and allows you to easily mop it up. Cleans up easily and lays flat on a table nicely.
I bought it so I could store it after soldering; it's simple to clean and store. It works well for these high-temperature applications, but I haven't used it for resin-related tasks, so I haven't tried it for its intended use.
Small parts are less likely to wander, sharp and metal parts are less likely to scratch the table, and resins are less likely to stick. Soap or gojo and water are all that's needed to clean it. Get one for printing, one for soldering, and one just for the sake of having one.
This is what I use to print resin. It's in front of my printer to protect the shelf from damage when the build plate is removed. It's a good size and fits perfectly on top of an IKEA Lack table, right in front of my printer.
I could smell something chemical as soon as I opened the package. I opened the package an hour ago, and the smell is still there. This is why I'm returning it, which is a shame because it appears to be well-made for the purpose. I gave two stars because the company was aware that they were packaging and sending me a smelly product, and I will not purchase from this seller again. Washing it and soaking it in water had no effect on the odor. Unsatisfied to the point of indifference.
Cure the resin that has been spilled, and then throw it away. Cleanliness is a breeze. Cure the resin that has been spilled, and then throw it away.
Although I did manage to cut mine with my scraper while removing a part from my resin printer, the product holds up well. It was not the fault of the product, and I intend to purchase another.
These mats are perfect for keeping sticky resin off the table when I use my resin printers. That are flat and have a small lip to prevent liquid from escaping.
