It appears to be the case. The shade of blue was accurate. A Capricorn sticker was attached to it. I don't see how you could tell unless you sent it to a lab. I won't say that I feel cheated if it's not real. It's the most effective tubing I've ever encountered.
They certainly ought to. This is what I've done with my Cr10s.
It is compatible with the Ender 5 Plus.
I am confident that it will. All you need is a tube that is the same size as your filament. (my xamr has a new end for the tube to fit into)

Several 3d printers would fail in the middle of printing these tubes. I've bought Capricorn tubing before and know what to expect, but these were by far the worst results I've ever seen. During the printing process, filament (PLA) would clog the tubing. This occurred with a number of high-end filament brands, including Prusament. Two hours into a job, filament would become lodged in the tubbing and ruin the print. I switched back to stock tubing and everything worked fine; the ends were cut flush with an end cutting tool, and I began splicing the tubing to see where the issue was. The filament will bind every 3 to 4 inches. This is most likely due to the manufacturer's or the tubing's improper handling. Make a financial saving!.
When I showed it to my roommate, he immediately recognized it as a forgery. I had to disassemble the printer, and while doing so, I discovered that it had damaged a few other parts on the hotend.
Ender, the Ender of Creativity The 3 V2 printer is an excellent entry-level model. It scrimps on the quality of some of its components to keep the price under $300. The Bowden tube and its accompanying fittings are one of these. The Bowden couplers that come with the unit have plastic teeth and, as a result, have a nasty habit of wearing out prematurely, resulting in sometimes disastrous print results. The Bowden tube can simply pop out of the coupler, resulting in a jammed tube with an aborted print or, even worse, a spaghetti mass of filament if not attended to. Even if the couplers do not completely fail, the filament is fed and retracted with significant slop in the feed rates, resulting in a negative impact on the print quality. br>br>The Capricorn Premium Tubing kit is an excellent solution to these issues. The tubing has significantly less internal friction than OEM tubing, and the Bowden couplers use metal teeth rather than the original plastic teeth, resulting in a tight and immovable grip on the Bowden tube. As a result, there are no more failures where the tubing pops out of the coupler, and there is no longer any "slop" in feed rates caused by coupler slippage. The new tubing and fittings have made my prints noticeably cleaner and sharper. br>br>It's a piece of cake to replace something. Remove one screw from the housing that houses the extruder fan. Bring the unit to room temperature before removing the old tubing by releasing the original coupler's locking clasp. Cut the new tubing to size, keeping the ends as perpendicular to each other as possible. the new couplers should be connected; Replace the tubing in the extruder assembly until it comes to a halt; and then secure everything. br>br>It's a shame Creality doesn't include these parts with the original product, as they transform an average 3D printer into a truly exceptional and precise machine.
I received this item in its original sealed package, which I had to open and re-tape. It never occurred to me that I might have a problem. The tubing inside the hot end melted after only a few weeks of printing at a fairly standard PETG temperature. At PETG temperatures of 240C, genuine Capricorn tubing will not melt. I'm left with the impression that the packaging was opened and the genuine tubing was replaced with a cheap knockoff.
Look no further if your 3D printer's Bowden tube needs to be replaced. br>The BEST bowden tube money can buy is made by Capricorn. Plus, you get the replacement parts and tools you need to put it together, as well as a couple of free stickers. What is there not to like?br>Extremely satisfied customer. br>It is very simple to set up. br>Stays for a long time. Over a year ago, I replaced mine on four printers and have had no issues since. br>Excellent value for money.
I replaced the original tube with a Capricorn tube, which I prefer. (Due to the distance between the feeder and the extruder, I had to shorten mine a bit. ) ) but it's made a huge difference in changing the filament when I need to because the old tube was never properly seated, probably because it caught as I loaded it. (doing 2-) It took three tries to get it in, but the cap tubes fit perfectly and glided all the way to the extruder.
It was an exact replacement with new fittings, and it was slightly longer than the one I had on it, so I was able to trim and leave some extra!.
The Tube grips the filament more tightly, but this actually causes a problem. The additional drag on the tubing increases the pressure on the couplings to keep it in place. These aren't high-end tubing or couplings. After about 3 hours of printing, the tubing begins to move during retraction. br>br>It was a waste of time and money.
