I was skeptical at first, but I had two dead sanders and didn't like how the brand-name replacement pads I'd been using started to separate after heavy use, so I bought these with the intention of quickly burning through them. They've held up just as well as the originals, in my opinion. It's all about adhesion. When replacing discs, I've found that giving them a small palm twist helps to secure them. That's all there is to it. It will reduce the adhesion quality if you just slap one on. For the money, this is a good replacement product.
Because I frequently use my sander for several hours at a time, I quickly go through hook and loop sander pads. I've tried Dewalt's original replacement pads, and they've lost their grip on sand paper discs after just a few days. I was a little hesitant at first because Yujiang isn't a brand I'm familiar with, and the price was significantly lower than Dewalt's, but I decided to give it a shot. When I used Gator sand paper on the pad, I immediately noticed the difference between it and the Dewalt's. The sander pad clung to the sand paper like a champ after several hours of continuous use. I'll give an update after putting the sander pad to the test for a few more months.
As advertised, the items were quickly installed and worked well.
Works well when it aligns with existing holes.
It was a perfect fit for my Dewalt sander's sanding disc.
I've got a sander with three holes. The holes correspond to the number of screws needed to secure the pad holder to the sander. The number of screw holes is not specified in the product description. The number of screw holes makes a significant difference. Sanders with three and four holes are available. Could you please include that in the description?.
On my sander, it was simple to install.
