What is the fit of this for a deros 550x CV?

The pad will physically fit on the DEROS 550CV and can be used, but it won't provide the same security There are two vent holes on the top of this pad, with vacuum holes extending to the edge of the pad. In some cases, the holes in the DEROS 550 dust shield will extend past its coverage, so dust will not be picked up adequately but still remain on the screen. Mirka 915GV28 backing pad is the perfect backing pad for the DEROS 550.

thread size on this attachment is common. I work in a wood shop. The Dynabrade air powered orbital sander has plenty of dust capture on its own, but we bought one to try it on our Dynabrade orbital sander and there is a noticeable difference. Soon as I get a big check, I will be changing over all of my sanders to Mirka electric sanders. However, until then I may buy a few more of these pads to use with the rest. Quite impressed with that.

The part can be replaced easily

The wrench included in the Mirka sander kit makes it easy to replace. My sanding involves one of these per year, and I usually go through one per year. It has been three years since I got my Mirka sander, and I am still using it today.

Crisp, clean, and practically dust free. Over time, you will wear out the pad of the sander if you sand a lot. In particular, Mirka pads and a backing pad hold up exceptionally well!.
