The harbor freight 6 in. sander is used with this one
If you have several different brands of 6 in. orbital sanders and the pads interchange, it wouldn't be a problem. I've hooked up scotch brite pads to the hook-it pads and they worked great as well.
Probably fits the typical DA that takes a 6 in pad, but I'm not sure

For a long time, I have been claying my cars. I use clay bars to do this. Over the past few months I've noticed some fine particle dust in all my cars' paint, almost as if they've been oversprayed. Claying this off the pain has been a lot of work even in small areas, and polishing hasn't helped. To complete the hood of a black Fiat 500 using standard clay, it took me 45 minutes. I thought it might be better to order a clay wheel to use with my Porter Cable polisher since this was so labor intensive. The cutting power is far greater than my clay bar even when using it by hand. Two minutes were all it took me to paint the trunk and rear fenders of my BMW Z3. It takes only a few seconds. Use soapy water or your favorite lubricant finisher. You need to swipe three times over the At this point I am not sure if I will use it with the polisher. The process is so easy that I might just use my hand to do it. A clay pad like this is highly recommended.
I purchased this to use as a sander for an orbital dish. This product did what it was advertised to do. The material is medium firmness, so you will get chatter until you have sanded and uniformly smoothed out the surface. What a great way to tell a story. The product has been recommended to me and I would purchase it again should the need arise.
Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong items, but they look well made, and are likely to last for quite some time. Thanks to the person who returned the items that were shipped back in error. The honesty you showed me was greatly appreciated. There is nothing bad to say about these people Rest assured that you can return this item if it does not work out for you. Again, thanks for your assistance!.
Today I used it and it was just as good as the high dollar brands that cost three to four times the amount. There's no wobble at all, the plate is Unlike some of the other brands, it is a bit stiffer and has less give than some of them. With a Harbor Freight 6 and 4" blue polishing pad, I used a Harbor Freight DA polisher.
Due to its stiffness, this one would not be suitable for sanding blend panels since it digs into slight contours. The flex edge neiko plate is used for regular sanding with an interface pad and also with the other neiko plate.
With a cost that is about one third of the original Porter-Cable it offers good value A second complaint about this pad is that it is very firm and not as pliable as Porter-Cable's There are several cable brands.
