Our family loves this product, which my husband uses on a daily basis. I use this bag to carry my combat boots, uniform, work phone, wallet and pocket change as a military officer. My brother-in-law put it together for me as a surprise. No tools are needed to assemble it, and it's strong and durable as his uniform is quite It makes my room look neat and tidy because it saves me space and keeps it clean and organized.
I was so captivated by the illustrations and features that I failed to take a closer 6'2" tall and this would likely reach at least to my lower back and lower chest area. My tops hang to the floor and my pants glide across the floor as well. It was on the chest since I owned a small chest that was of the same color as the valet and it fit the same footprint. I'm pleased with it and have no desire to return it, and have more than been paid for it, but the chest is a bit small.

As a whole, the wood appears fine. In spite of the lack of detailed instructions, I was able to assemble it easily. The one I have is good, but I would like a better one.
