And yes, I am one of those people It's best to just buy it to determine if it's right for you. You can return it for a new one if it gets broken if that happens. A product is not the manufacturer's fault if it is damaged in transit as a result of the shipper.
I just received a shipment today, December 29, 2018. Each piece was present in the box prior to beginning assembly, and the package had been well packed.
