The stand looked forward, but as I tightened the screw holding the horizontal bar into place (using the tool provided), I encountered a crack on one of the uprights. As I think about it, I'm wondering whether or not to return it, exchange it, or just live with it (and hoping it doesn't break under the weight of clothing attached). A. UPDATED The company promptly sent a replacement to me after I contacted them. As to the piece I assembled, it went together without issue, and so far, it has been very enjoyable to use.

I put it together without any difficulty. A heavy load can be supported by this support Despite the fact that the percussive vest my wife used for COPD pulmonary clearance weighs at least 10lbs, the valet did not have any trouble holding it securely.

There were a few screws that I had to force through the hole since they were not lined up. A few scratches were also visible on the computer. Nevertheless, it does the job I needed it to for a reasonable price and appears to be very sturdy.
