After more than 20 years of use, my old cover needed to be replaced. I was overjoyed to discover that these aluminum-coated ironing board covers are still in stock! They outperform today's cotton covers. Without sticking, your iron will glide over the aluminum coating. I sew, and I can tell when something is well-made. These covers are well-crafted and constructed from high-quality materials. The pad is nice and thick, and it's easy to put on the board; it doesn't have the chemical odor that so many cotton covers do, and it doesn't wrinkle. (Instructions are printed on the back of the cover) - All you need to do now is iron out the wrinkles and you'll be ready to go! My cover was wrinkle-free when it arrived at my house. These covers are made by an Italian company that has been in business for a long time and offers covers in a variety of sizes that will fit any size ironing board. These high-quality covers cost the same (or sometimes less) than much less expensive and inferior cotton covers. As a back-up, I ordered another cover. The cover was too big for my ironing board when I first tried to put it on. When I spoke with David in customer service, he explained how they design their covers to accommodate all sizes and shapes of boards. He showed me how to put the cover on so it would fit my specific ironing board; at first, I thought I had received the wrong size, but his method worked perfectly, and I am now very pleased with the cover. I sew, so I iron a lot, and I think this cover will do the trick. It's sturdy, and the padding is just right. The customer service was excellent.

I ordered one size, but the packaging stated a different size, and when I tried it on, it didn't appear to fit. I contacted them, and David called me from Tivit, where he was able to assist me over the phone in getting it to fit properly. Over the phone, he was extremely pleasant and helpful, and I appreciate his patience as I struggled to properly install the cover. He responded to all of my inquiries and explained why he had asked them. I've never had a customer service representative go to such lengths to explain everything about their ironing board covers, including the fabric, fit, and use, as well as how to properly care for them. Congratulations on an excellent job!.

It's about a half-inch too short. br>br>The company contacted me and explained that they have a wide range of sizes and that they are working with me to find the right cover at no additional cost, which I appreciate.

It wipes clean easily, and I plan to keep it for a long time before replacing it with something similar. br>br>I've already recommended this cover (along with an ironing board) to two family members, and they both adore it! br>Unfortunately, one of them ordered the incorrect shape/size, which was too large. When she attempted to return the item, believing the wrong size had been sent out by mistake, she was immediately contacted by Tivit customer service, and it was then that she realized it was her own fault. They not only returned the item for free (there was supposed to be a restocking fee), but because the size she wanted was out of stock, they upgraded her to the titanium cover at no additional cost and shipped it out for free! Wow, wow, wow, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW In this day and age, that is not the case! I can't say enough good things about this product and company!.

The padding (three layers) is fantastic! The outer layer protects you from fire. I bought this cover to go over a foldable laundry center because I couldn't find one that was the right size. This fits perfectly and was incredibly simple to apply and tighten around the board; simply begin at the large end and work your way to the small end. I'm confident that I'll be able to use this cover for many years. It was a little pricey, but I was willing to pay for such a high-quality product.

I had a hard time putting it on and even misplaced the bungee clasp in the process! I contacted Tivit, who gave me instructions on how to install the cover over the phone and told me they'd send me the next size up and that I should return the 18x54 with a shipping label they'd provide. 19x54 - Exactly what I needed.
