The size of my ironing board is 15 inches by 15 inches. It's 5 x 54 and it's a perfect fit. My ironing board is a hand-me-down from my mother, rather than a modern model.
Everything new gets washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. This cover washed and dried without a hitch. In the dryer, it performed admirably.
My ironing board is 14"W 53"L with a 1" lip and measures 14"W 53"L. I'm sure it'll work for your ironing board because the elastic that holds it in place is extremely tight; I hope this helps.
My ironing board isn't exactly sure what size it is, but it's around 20 years old, and this cover fits it perfectly.

Clothing is ruined. When you steam your clothes, the blue dye from the pad bleeds through the cover and ruins them.
It's possible to undo this. One side is navy, while the other is light tan and white striped. The first time I used it, the navy bled through and all over the shirt I was ironing due to the steam from the iron! This product has left me completely unsatisfied.
For over a year, I've been using the cover on a daily basis. I completely forgot about the reversibility; Only the side with the blue and gray stripes has been used. The blue dye did not come off, and even with a thinner cover underneath, the cover fits perfectly (no bunching). I padded up because I despise the ironing board's burned cross cross grid marks! Overall, it served its purpose. This one has become heavily stained with brown burn marks from my steam iron, so I'm getting a new one. The brown stains aren't completely gone, but they did come off on my bright white shirt today; I'm afraid of the dye bleeding if I use the solid blue side.
Today, I'm writing a lot of positive feedback. It arrived in excellent condition, packed in a sturdy box. To me, this is about as pretty as most iron board covers aren't: ) My ironing board is a small Amish board, so it fits a little loosely, but I like that it has elastic all the way around it and a nice long piece of velcro to strap it down in the middle. I prefer this brand to most of the others I've tried because they're so flimsy. It's of a decent standard. I wish someone would offer something really cool, like denim or duck, but I haven't been able to find anything like that.
Fortunately, I was able to spot the problem right away, and the shirt was saved after a few washes. The stains on the outside of the cover were not removed by washing it. Aside from this admonition, everything appears to be in good working order.
This was a fantastic product, and we received it in December of 2016. My husband was ironing a white dress shirt when he noticed a small dot of blue stain that continued to spread. When I removed the ironing cover, the entire blue bottom became wet, resulting in a blue stain on his white shirt that would not come out.
It was a good fit and a nice addition to my laundry room. It does, however, easily stain and scorch, so I had to flip it over so the solid blue side was facing up. A pair of white pants was the last item on my ironing board. A couple of damp spots on the cover were caused by my spray starch and steam from the iron. I noticed that the dye from the cover had bled onto my white pants when I flipped one of the legs over to press the other side. This is completely unacceptable. I'm hoping I'll be able to remove this stain!.
This cover has a tendency to bunch up in the middle, resulting in unflattering folds. There appears to be a thick inner layer between the outer and inner covers, and this is what appears to be causing the cover folds. It's possible that the issue is due to a poor fit with my ironing board, but the cover's lack of flatness makes it useless for ironing.
