One was damaged, and the other had damage as well. In the first, there was no use and it was We found the packaging to be incomplete and not secure. In light of the location of some of the item's damage and the absence of damage at the corresponding location of the packaging material, it appears that the item was damaged prior to its packaging and shipment. A lot of "bandaids" were on that packaging, and it had a poor design. Secondly, the second item has three damage areas, all of which are cosmetic and can be made good (chipped paint, a dent in the right door panel, and dent on the left bottom of the front). In spite of the packaging being in better shape than the first, the two dents described above occurred as a result of inadequate packing. Therefore, we can answer the adequacy of packaging question as follows I don't think the packaging is adequate to keep dents at bay.
In the kitchen there is a pilot light that does not have an adjustable flame. However there is a thermostat that regulates how often it is lit.

Having a cozy basement and fireplace is priceless!.
Because of this, I initially thought that the flame height couldn't be adjusted. There was mention in the reviews that you could operate the device from This is not the best. You should be able to set different temperatures for different times of In the end, I figured out that you CAN adjust the flame height if you turn the knob from on to off/ignite. As long as the burners are lit, you can push it in and turn it. My new fireplace is great! Most of all, I love it!.
During the explosion, the igniter There were some loose parts in the package and it appeared like someone had tried to open it after it was returned. Behind the bottom grill is an igniter that takes a considerable amount of power to ignite. The unit also has a loose button that has also fallen out of This thing doesn't feel like it can be rebuilt, so it will be There is a loose hinge and a tight handle on the right door. Despite our best efforts, the doors will not close properly. If the new gas system is as good as my old gas system in fit and finish, I'm looking forward to a seamless replacement. Hopefully the quality officer will do their job and send me a unit that is built and delivered to a higher standard than the returned item they resold I have updated. The replacement I sent to them was never processed. It's time for them to try again. It's impossible for me to get them even a penny.
Don't bother with Factory Buys Direct or USAProcom. You will not be happy with their products or customer service. The product is cheap and crappy. I ordered three products, and two were delivered defective. If you call at 8 p. m. , forget about customer service. You will wait on hold for at least 45 minutes on the dot when you call at 00AM. Otherwise, the appointment should be scheduled at least an hour and 45 minutes later. There is no way to exaggerate this. You can rely on Zyesha and Amanda because they know how to type on a computer, but they cannot help you or offer creative solutions. In the case of the chassis burner that failed straight out of the box, it took me five hours to get a replacement. A wrong article arrived when it should have been a right However, they did not deliver what they promised. Since their products are pretty much worthless, if you buy their products you might as well flush your cash down the toilet since that's where your money is going and what they're offering is basically worthless as well. In the future, I will take it down if they ever fix my issue, but for now it stays up.
A good looking firebox, wish it came with glass doors and thought it would come with a remote start, but it has an annual start, and after I finish framing the fireplace, the gas company will come out to check how well it works. Other than that, it is a good purchase.
There is a problem with the unit. I was on hold for five hours before I got a chance to speak with customer service. The part they promised to send never arrived after all. The information they had on me has been lost. Even after weeks have passed, I'm still not sure what's going on. This garbage unit should not be used. APRIL 2017 UPDATE Several months later, I am still getting runarounds and have given up trying to contact warranty service. I hand-tightened the thermocouple myself and that resolved the issue. $27 was the price I paid to get the right one. It is important to know that no warranty is given for this fireplace regardless of what they claim. There's nothing you can do about it.
It is a Duluth fireplace that I have purchased. Taking the time to install it was not difficult. Getting the system up and running was quite simple. There was a propane hookup available for me to use. It is easy to use and there is no high or low setting. I like it because it is so easy to use and it has remote abilities. On or off is the state of the unit. I must say though, it has very real-looking flames and warms up my family room and adjoining rooms very With this remote you have a built-in thermometer that shuts off when the temperature drops below a certain level, and turns itself back on as soon as it rises above that level. I think the fireplace has changed everything about our room. It looks really nice there and everyone who comes over compliments it on its appearance. It is a fireplace I would recommend to others.
Despite that, the best thing about this heater is its excellent heat output and ease of installation.
