These seats/sleepers are ideal for children. There are also adults. No one has complained about being hot or having their body heat retained to the point of being uncomfortable. My grandchildren (ten boys and seven girls) enjoy watching television. One of these will serve as your bed. They get two thumbs up from me! Note: I cover the fabric with a small sheet to keep it clean when the kids sleep on it.

It all came together beautifully! I wasn't sure about the part that doesn't fold down flat at first, but it's actually ideal for resting your head on like a pillow. As part of our van-related purchases, my husband and I are very pleased with this purchase. Converting a camper.
Maintain a healthy level of anticipation. These were purchased for our children's treehouse, where they watch movies, play games, make crafts, and color. These chairs are the perfect size for a small space and can be converted into beds for sleepovers. They're firm and pleasant to the touch. br>br>Although we have them against the far window wall for space reasons, they provided adequate support on the small chair back, which was held in place by velcro straps, so they are not required to be against a wall. However, some people have complained that the foam is too soft or that the velcro on the back isn't strong enough. I didn't have any issues like that. 1st, adjust the velcro to keep the back in place (some reviews I read before purchasing said it was flimsy). You must actually adjust the velcro placement! 2 Keep in mind that this chair is made of foam, so don't expect it to be made of wood frames with fully supported backs (control your expectations). 3 This item is intended for small spaces, extra seating, or a bed, so read the description carefully and choose the appropriate size. It has modern seating that is closer to the ground (I read some reviews before purchasing that said it was too small). br>br>Once you've read the information and managed your expectations that this is foam, you're ready to go. It's not made of wood, and it's intended for extra seating, modular bedding, and children's spaces. I think it's ideal for seating and sleeping. I considered other options, but the foam chair's thickness and firmness are ideal for the price, color, and size options.
He's autistic and hyperactive, and he spends an hour every night after we put him to bed these days trashing his room. I wanted to get something soft and sturdy to go in that corner because he's made holes in the walls by overturning and jumping off the rocking chair. I wanted something we could sit on and read stories together, something he could jump off of, and something that wouldn't hurt him, our walls, or our window if he turned it over. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition. br>br> I couldn't believe they were able to cram it all into such a small box! It comes vacuum sealed, and once the plastic is punctured, it returns to its original size in seconds, leaving no trace that it was ever squished! Advantages: br>br>
- It's a very comfortable seat for a child or an adult; the backrest is sturdy but not particularly high for an adult; I'd say it's comfortable enough to sit in for 20 minutes or more. However, the time limit is 30 minutes.
- From seat to bed position, folding and unfolding is a breeze. There are only two velcro straps to deal with, both of which are very firm.
- The materials are of the highest possible quality. This isn't going to fall apart or unravel anytime soon. br>- It looks modern and chic, and it would be perfect as an accent chair in any room, especially with a decorative pillow or blanket draped over it. br>- This is surprisingly wide and comfortable when used as a bed! The foam is firm enough to avoid drooping, sinking, or sagging while also being extremely soft. br>- The foam is very thick, unlike other similar chairs, giving it a taller seat (making it easier to get up and down) and a better bedbr>br>Cons:
- It's not long enough to sleep on in bed form for anyone taller than 5'7". That's how tall I am, and even I was on the verge of collapsing.
- The back rest is awkward in bed form; it's far too tall to lay your head on straight up and down, but tilted back creates a nice incline for the head if a regular pillow is placed on it. Still, it's a little awkward in that regard. br>- If you have to take the cover off for washing, may God help you. It's not going to be simple. I gave up after trying once and instead used Shout spray and a wet rag. br>br>Overall, I am very pleased with this seat because it is exactly what I was looking for. When my son is sick in the middle of the night, I'll be able to lay on it and sleep next to his bed instead of laying on the hard floor with a pillow and blanket like I've done before. It's the ideal size and width for my son and me to sit on before bedtime to read stories together. This is something I would HIGHLY recommend for a child's room or a media room. I'm so happy I purchased it! I hope this was useful to someone else as well! This item was not given to me free of charge or at a reduced price.

It's extremely comfortable, and even an adult can sit on it. br>br>However, if you are tall, this is probably not the best option because your legs will dangle. I'm 5'4" and it's very comfortable for me when I lie down flat; however, the backrest does not go flat.
The item is smaller than it appears. The chair is six inches thick and extremely comfortable. When you open up the chair, however, the top cushion (back) does not lie flat. After reading other reviews, I was led to believe that as long as you were under 5' 10", you could still lie on the main part. Unless my neck is twisted upward on the cushion, my feet hang off the ends when my head is all the way to the base of the top cushion. It doesn't work as intended because I don't like having my head in that upright position. My daughter, who is only 5' 2", is a perfect fit for it. I wouldn't recommend this product to adults because it won't fit most of them.
The money was well spent! Extremely thick and cushy! I'm over 160 pounds and can't even make a dent in the cushion, so it's exactly as described and the reviews were accurate. I'll definitely tell my family and friends about this place!.
