Yes, it's a rough estimate.br>This Futon mattress comes compressed in a vacuum bag. The Futon mattress will regain air and return to its original thickness once the vacuum bag is opened.
It will be number one. It had expanded to three times its original size. However, once it's been unfolded, I wouldn't recommend folding it.

This futon was made in Japan, and it appears to be made of high-quality materials. made. It's packaged in a vacuum bag that can be reused. So far, everything has gone well, but it appeared to be a little thin. Others had complained about how thin it was, but I decided to take a chance. I unpacked it and spread it out flat, but it wasn't three inches thick even after four days. I positioned it on a hard surface and sat down on it. It didn't provide much in the way of cushioning. I sought the opinions of two acquaintances, one who was born in Japan and spent the first twenty years of their life there, and the other who spent a year there several years ago. They claim it's a real futon, but only half, or possibly two-thirds of one. They're three times the thickness of the ones they recall. br>In my opinion, this would be useful as a temporary bed or as a place to stay for a visitor who wouldn't be staying for long. Every night, I'd like to sleep on one that I'll enjoy. I'm going to continue my search.
However, my roommate developed a skin condition after I let her borrow it and she dug into their antibacterial and antimite compound, and she developed a skin condition as a result. She discovered this under the main ingredient - on the public open database pubchem. IT SERVES AS A STRONG SKIN AND EYE. IRRITANT IN THE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT. br>I'd like to return it, but I'm not near a return window, so 140. 00 is flushed.
They are designed to be firm, minimally cushioned, and supportive, in contrast to western-style beds. They have nothing to do with western mattresses that are "very firm. " br>br>This is a fantastic piece of work. The futon is a traditional Japanese bed. I've been sleeping on them for a while; the very first one I purchased was also made in Japan, expensive and stuffed with 100% cotton as well. It's great, but it's far too heavy for me to handle and requires far too much upkeep (it weighs more than 20 pounds and is difficult to fold). Cotton, on the other hand, molds easily. Cotton loses its elasticity and bounce as well. Sunning and fluffing is required in large quantities. There is far too much work to do. br>br>This one, which is very light and filled with polyester, provides just the right amount of support and firmness; I believe it is the most comfortable way to sleep I have ever experienced, especially when combined with a tatami mat, and I never, ever wake up in pain (as I used to). br>br>If the idea of sleeping on a hard surface does not appeal to you, you should probably avoid purchasing this. However, if you want a better night's sleep and/or have back, neck, or shoulder problems that you believe are being exacerbated by your mattress, this is a fantastic option. And after sleeping on one for a couple of years with no pain, this simple, low-cost futon can feel like a miracle. .
Hubby had always wanted a Japanese futon, so after doing some research on quality and price, we decided to go with it. It is recommended that it be set outside in the sun to make it fluffier, but we haven't had the opportunity to do so since the weather has cooled. It's extremely comfortable, and it's actually larger than I anticipated. When it's time to put it away, we simply roll it up. Because our mattress is a little too soft for him and he suffers from back pain, he chose to use this instead of buying a new one. It's firm, which he likes, but soft enough for him to sleep peacefully. This is an excellent item.
Once a year, I invest in two futon mattresses. It's particularly beneficial to the back. FULI futon mattresses didn't smell anything until these two arrived; In fact, one of the primary reasons I purchase these mattresses is that they are free of offensive chemical odors and allergens. These futons are ready to sleep on right out of the box. br>br>The last two futons I received smelled like formaldehyde or something else. Right away, it gave me a headache. I'm not using them. In a different room, someone is gassing. I'll give it a few days, but if the smell doesn't improve, I'll just toss them out and lose the $400 I paid for both of them because I opened the package about 6 weeks after receiving them (I'm past the return window - I've never had a problem with them before, so I didn't think to open them when they arrived. ).
Over the last four years, I've purchased three FULI futons. The last two futons I received from FULI were flawless works of art. This new futon, on the other hand, weighs in at around 2 pounds. Compared to the previous futon, this one is a little lighter. FULI appears to have removed materials from the most important part of the futon--the back. the innermost dense core My fingers touch when I squeeze the futon with my hand, so I know it's true. Instead of a core/layer, it feels like there's only a thin cloth between my fingers. The previous two futons didn't compress as much as this one. The futon is also very springy, which is something I notice. This was not the case with the two before it. As a result, it appears that FULI chose to use more foam and less inner core. The futon is much warmer thanks to this foam. I became very warm during my brief stay on this futon. This futon will be returned because the previous two futons had a cooling effect. br>br> if at all possible It's disappointing that FULI changed what had been a truly excellent product.
