On top of everything, there was always too much cocoa powder or powdered sugar. br>That was last week, and I can't stop playing with these. I gave one to a daughter, and the other three are now stored with the flour, powdered sugar, and my mixer. br>Last night, I made raviolis. If you use a frame before you lay down the dough, you'll get the perfect amount of flour. I'm not sure how I managed to survive with them in our house.

Ground seasonings are ideal, but chunkier seasonings are not

I appreciate not having to sprinkle ground seasoning with my fingers. It provides an even distribution of coverage. br>However, coarse seasonings (kosher salt, coarse black pepper, and so on) are not allowed. I'd like one with bigger holes.
