I don't believe so. The diameter of the spout appears to be slightly less than 1/2 inch. It's an excellent sugar dispenser.br>
ANTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER. Nothing could get in because the top had a flap that closed when the dispenser was turned right side up!
Yes, if the Gatorade powder can be poured like sugar.
I'm aware that it can be used to make sugar. I'm not sure if there's a liquid-proof seal, so pouring cream might be difficult. It's a very thin piece of metal. I gave it away because it didn't fit my needs.

It didn't work out. It doesn’t seal at all with a very loose sugar type (demerara or turbinado) and it gets sticky within hours. I live in a low humidity environment ( I'm back to using the plastic dispenser or a spoon container that came with the sugar.
I've bought brand names so many times and they've all turned out to be garbage! I bought it, along with oxo, and three days later the bottom glass simply separated, spilling sugar all over the place. Then I went back and bought it a second time, and the same thing happened! This product was inexpensive and long-lasting; I've had it for a long time and have yet to notice any cracks! Because of its sleek appearance and durability, I strongly recommend this item. Don't be fooled by the high-priced brand names; buy this instead!.
I know it doesn't say it's airtight or anything, but I'd think sugar would be airtight by default. The spout is covered by a lid, but it's extremely flimsy. It just flaps around a little. It was something along the lines of a slide-able lid, which I had hoped for. When sugar comes into contact with air, it becomes clumpy and difficult to remove from the container. You'll have to smack it on the bottom over and over just to get the sugar out. It also began to cake around the spout's edges, making pouring even more difficult. I'll also point out that it's not a particularly large book, and I breezed through it. But in the end, it didn't matter because by the third pour, I knew it wasn't going to work for me.
I've thrown out all of my other sugar dispensers and will only use this one from now on. It's appropriate for any event. I looked at it for nearly three hours and couldn't find any flaws. It is, without a doubt, the most expensive dispenser on the market, and competitors should be wary. This is on the verge of knocking them all out.
Sugar dispenser is just the right size to sit on a kitchen counter or table. The fact that it is simple to pour is a plus.
It appeals to me.
