It claims to be 200ml, which equates to approximately 6. 76 fl oz. Most I've seen are around 4oz, which is too small for what I need, but I've seen a few that are 10oz, which are harder to come by and more expensive, so this one is a good size at almost 7oz, and it's currently priced at just under $9 for a 2-pack. So far, I think it's a good size and price for my needs, and I'll be ordering these myself.

When working with dough on a bench, I fill one with AP flour and lightly dust it. Rice flour is used to dust bannetons in the other. They create a thin, even layer of flour in both applications.
The plastic cap also aids in the prevention of moisture problems.
Before baking, I use it to dust brown rice flour on my sourdough bread. It's the perfect size and works flawlessly; the top screws on and off easily, and the plastic cap is a nice touch.
Powdered sugar is what I use to dust French toast and other desserts.
These were the perfect size for my needs, so I bought them. The screw tops, on the other hand, do not stay tight, and when you lift the plastic covers off, the entire top comes off with them. Simply put, it was made on the cheap.
The first is for wheat flour and the second is for rice flour. It's ideal for kneading dough and dusting a banneton.
In every way, these shakers are ideal. They do a good job of scattering. They're a good size for the money.
When powdering pancakes, it was extremely useful. It appeals to my tastes.
