My experience with this paddle is a lot better than any other paddle This pan folds up to store with my other pans, which is great. One of my last models had a static handle that was difficult to use and constantly in my The paddle is very lightweight, and it is easy to control, but it does have a bit of give, so it is not hard and solid like some heavy duty paddles are. But I like the extra control and lightweight, because it's easier (for me) to slide this under the pizza without affecting.

The only use my mother makes of it is to put a frozen pizza in and take it Once you get used to it, however, it tends to be very slippery, so you'll have to be careful not to scoop it up and dump it on the floor. Her only desire is that it be slightly lighter weight as she is elderly with arthritis, but it is a very well-made product. This is a great product.

Using a burger flipper to break a pizza in half almost led to it falling off the counter, so I decided it was time to buy a pizza peel. Although I don't use it every day, I've used it a few times since purchasing it. Being easy to clean and well-made, it's good quality. I like how the handle folds down when folded, and it works fine so far. The next few dozen uses will reveal its durability, but it appears pretty solid so far.

I don't believe 12 inches is a good size

After I have used it, I will update this review, but initially it is not 12 inches wide, it is 12 inches wide. The unit I bought was intended to be used with a pizza oven with a 12in opening, so this is a problem for me.
