Big Horn Pizza Oven is what I have. We make our pizzas with several wood peels and then remove them from the oven with this one metal peel. Before you use it for the first time, remove the thin plastic film.

The pizza peel is outstanding. It's being used to get pizzas out of my Ooni Koda 16 pizza oven. It always works, and the company is so nice that they're sending me a free second peel. The peel is both durable and simple to clean. For storage, the handle folds.

Following the completion of the review, the Cook Book was provided. The recipe book is available as a digital download.
