When I first got it, I was skeptical that it would hold all of my belongings, but I was pleasantly surprised. It not only keeps my knives safe and secure, but it also fits the rest of my gear. I can even fit my bulky bluetooth speaker in the top, which zips shut without putting any strain on the zipper. Magnetic straps are extremely durable and secure. This item is extremely durable. It has a traditional and professional appearance to it. This purchase has made me extremely happy.
So far, so good. There are more pockets than you can imagine, the thick material is a huge plus, and whatever he's gotten on it has been incredibly easy to remove. We've both worked in restaurants for 8 and 9 years, and it's probably the best business decision I've ever made!.
It's possible that the Velcro could be improved. It fits most common kitchen knives and is a great bag. The only issue I found with it is that the elastic that holds the knives together doesn't work as well when there are a lot of them next to each other; you have to store them with some space between them otherwise the Velcro becomes practically useless. I don't mind because it's such a minor detail. Overall, it's an excellent bag.
Only minor tearage due to sharp knives and my own neglect has occurred after about three months of daily Lead line work with about a dozen knives and all the accessories.
Bag appears to be very stylish. I've stuffed every nook and cranny with my belongings. It can withstand knives with a blade length of 12 inches.
I was hesitant to spend so much money on a chef's bag. But so far, everything has gone well. It's nice and sturdy, with plenty of compartments to store your belongings. This is something I strongly advise everyone to do.
On a 4th grader, this appears to be typical. A full-grown man is transformed into a colossus. Nice bag. Very, very small. When I try to use the bag because I'm so small, I look like a giant. There isn't enough room for anything that doesn't fit in the knife slot or the zipper. If the magnets aren't securely fastened, things will fall out of the front pouch.
This was the most practical item I could find for transporting my kitchen equipment. It has a nice appearance, is well-made, and has a large number of pockets.
