My expectations for this backpack were not met. I honestly don't think I'll be able to fill all of the openings. This thing has all of my gear, and if I had it, I could easily add another third. br>br>And the level of craftsmanship matches the price point perfectly.
This bag is in perfect condition. It's fantastic!! The extra space for your laptop, chargers, IPAD, and other items will be appreciated, and the roll is ideal for working knives while keeping your nicer show knives in the backpack. A fantastic purchase!.
This is a fantastic collection of pieces. I'm a complete novice when it comes to the kitchen. I needed a place to keep my specialized knife set. But, on occasion, I travel to friends to teach cooking classes, and this has a large storage capacity because I can have everything I need at my fingertips. Also, when I use my pop-up camper, it doubles as a great kitchen set.
If you want one, there's enough room for a small cutting board. Never had a knife fall out, and if you have guards, it's very safe. My 14-inch scimitar didn't quite fit, but I fastened the larger knives I have to the spot where the cutting board would go, and it worked out pretty well. It's ideal for a chef de cuisine, sous chef, or culinary student. Cookbooks, textbooks, documents, binders, pens, and business cards can all be stored in the back pocket. I would strongly advise anyone in the industry to use this product. br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br> It also includes a knife roll, which is useful for times when I only need to bring a few knives. Picnics, house parties, and private events are all occasions where I use this.
It would be nice if it were just a smidgeon bigger, as that would allow it to expand a little more. I'm looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time--the zippers aren't super heavy duty, which is one of my concerns. Oh, and I forgot to mention the knife bag that comes with it! I haven't even begun to fill that out yet- Another good reason to invest in a set of knives.
It has a plethora of compartments for anything a chef might require.
Because I use it for classes, it contains a large number of utensils. Multiple pockets and a separate knife roll are great features. However, it isn't quite large enough to hold a large textbook and a knife roll. I'm curious to see how it stands up to the test of time. The zippers don't seem to be very strong.
