This is one of my favorite works! There is no risk of burning anything when it gets hot enough. There's no doubt that it becomes hot enough to cook most food except deep fried. This is the ideal frying pan. The CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS should be read carefully. In addition to eggs, omelets, pancakes, grilled cheese, fish, boneless chicken, pork, and sausage, I also make all kinds of vegetables. My grandchildren literally find it in my pocket when they visit me.
