To cook quickly inside or outside and to make cleaning easier, I purchased this product. In comparison with other products of the same brand, this product was very reasonably priced. The carbon steel does not fry like this product. As a result of the shape of the wok, cooking is easy. It is a very dark blue color on the exterior. There is an almost black appearance to it.
The bag is a lot heavier than I thought it would be and the width is wider than I expected. I could not find any other work of this style, but this is the only one I could find. I would recommend it for all Asian and Indian stir fries and curries, and noodle and rice dishes. It has a few tiny pits and holes in the surface, but I don't mind that. A sturdy and durable construction appears to be a hallmark of this item. Blue iridescent with flecks of white and green. This cast iron does not need to be treated with oil, just around the rim. I have been looking for this coast paint iron for a long time, love it so much that it is easy to be used.
