It doesn't make waffles, so it isn't a waffle maker. There are giant pancakes made by this machine. You can't tell if it is ready until you plug it in for the first time because it turns on when you plug it in. This is followed by the device going Nonetheless, it appears in yellow again. You have to work hard to figure out how to use it. The cost is also high.

I like waffles more, but I love fluffy pancakes even more! These are just the kind of things my kids love. I wiped it down after using it. It was very easy to clean. I removed the pan after I saw the green cooking time light blink, meaning the food was ready. Although, one thing I do not like is that there is no on/off switch, so moms who are too busy to unplug it, will have to make a note to do so. As there is no "caution hot light", when it was unplugged and cooling off my husband grabbed it (cause he assumed there would be some kind of light of some sort), but now he knows lol but still great for spider man fans.

Waffles are quick and easy for me to make, and they turn out perfectly golden brown. With this design, you can make an evenly made waffle/pancake without having to exert too much effort on the technical part.

As for the waffle, I did not use the lights to judge its doneness I simply opened it to check and closed it before it was done. Cooking was not uneven as a result of this. Despite the fact that it seemed to be a common theme, my husband said it was more like a pancake, but it was still good. The best thing about it is that it did not drip or spill on me, and it wipes up easily, so there are no messes left over.

The waffle maker does not work. My opinion is that it makes pancakes. By all means, it is not waffles. I enjoyed it as much as my kid.
