The same thing happened to us. br>I tried making arepas for the first time, but the temperature was too low to cook or make them crisp. br>The deadline for returns was August 24, 2019. Clearly, this product is incapable of performing the task. Arepas should be cooked. br>We are extremely dissatisfied.
It's tough, but if you use a lot of maze, it'll be worth it.
Well, this machine only lasted three months before I ordered another, and the same thing happened. To answer your question, this machine produces thick arepas.

After two months of use, I'm very disappointed because it's not heading up at all today, as you can see by the fact that I have my hand on it and it's turned on. Now I can't even return it because I bought it on June 23, so don't buy it if the return date is more than a month away, or you'll end up with stock.
Lo amo! I was a little nervous about the security when closing the door because of previous reviews, but it has worked flawlessly for me. Obviously, it is not one of those battleships from before, but it serves its purpose admirably, and if you are one of those who keeps track of things (as I am), it will last longer. When you add a little more aceite or mantequilla to the arepas, they become tostaditas, which are easy to clean.
To be fair, not everything is broken. The top-left green light is still on. on an irregular basis br>br>Now I have a piece of red garbage on my counter that doesn't even warm up. It will continue to decorate the trash bag until tonight. br>br>Really, if you just want to waste your money, you don't have to go through the trouble of ordering, paying, and waiting for this useless contraption to arrive at your home. Simply open your trash can's lid and toss the cash in. Rather than purchasing this arepa maker, that would be a better option.

Uds. AMAZON got off to a great start. With power comes a loss of quality, and they are no longer part of the solution, but rather part of the problem.
Silver dollar pancakes are made quickly and easily with this unit. I have a family of seven at home, so anything that can help me save time in the kitchen is appreciated. It's simple to clean, and it's almost foolproof. I gave it one star because I've had it for about three months and have used it every Sunday to make six batches of pancakes (my wife prefers waffles) and now it's broken! The cable running through the hinge has a short. I noticed it wasn't heating up on Sunday, and when I lifted the top, a massive spark shot out the back. While it lasted, it was entertaining.
Option is preferable to none. Right? There aren't many options, and the quality isn't great. This is an item I've bought from Amazon several times. com, as well as at the regular-priced-priced-priced old- Shops selling fashion. It isn't very durable. The lock is made of plastic, which makes it unreliable (it always breaks, really, I mean it). It's a shame that's the best they've got. Why make a lock that, in this case, must hold two sides together with great force for at least an hour and in extreme temperatures? Something that is perhaps the most crucial component required for this device to function properly; Because you'll never get your "AREPAS" if you're not under pressure. When it breaks, we use a wrench to hold it together until we can get the "next one. " I'm not sure why I'm buying it. Well. I live in the United States, and I'm grateful that something "ethnic" like this exists. This arepa maker is ideal for those who don't know how to make AREPAs or don't have the time to do so the traditional way. If you take care of it, it will last a little longer.
I understand that new electro domestics are not built to last as long as older models, but after a year and ten months of use, the heat is no longer hot enough to cook anything. I intended to return it, but after a year, they were selling the same item for more than twice the price; I wanted to buy it with a warranty, but they didn't even offer one.
I bought this tostiarepas in July and it worked great for the first four months, but now it doesn't work at all. It's not even close to being ready to eat.
