It is only for hard cheese that I reuse a bag. In order to make it longer than necessary, I cut it much longer than needed, then I can cut off a small portion of it to use Seal it up to maintain the freshness of the large piece of hard cheese for a long time.
Many people do not realize that there are different food sealers for different kinds of bags. There are some food sealers that can only seal specific types of bags or rolls. For some food sealers, some bags that are thicker or that need more heat to seal because of the material they are made out of just don't heat up enough on the heating strip. There are some sealers with heating strips that can cause certain bags to melt. It is not always possible to seal certain bags with some sealers due to weak suction power. To use the same type of bags or rolls, you have to know if they are comparable.
It has been no issue for me to use them as steambags

As soon as I received my vacuum sealer, I immediately started using it. Success was enjoyed by all, and everything went smoothly as planned. In order to continue using the machine we switched to a value roll package after using up the bag package that came with it. It was during this time that things went awry. In the end, my wife drove to Walmart so that I could get replacement bags for my vacuum sealer after I spent 45 minutes accepting that I could be overlooking something. As soon as she arrived, our happy day in the kitchen began anew. It was impossible for this package of vacuum sealer bags to seal! In my opinion, this product was given all the chance it needed to do its job. Thanks to the new Walmart bags, we were able to save Although we paid more for this project due to the frozen project being completed on time, the cost was still reasonable. The hope is that you will see, as you read this review, that I gave the bags every opportunity to prove themselves. There were two sealer bags from different locations that worked in my machine. As far as I could tell, this was the only item that didn't work. I hope this review is fair and helpful.
My order for Nutri-Grain was placed During the same time period that I ordered the Geryon vacuum sealer, I also ordered Lock bags. Previously, we used Zip-Ties for sealing, but after the purchase of the sealer, we can You need to seal bags as much as possible so that there is no air inside. I was away at the time when my wife used both to freeze vegetables from our garden. She showed me the results, telling me of the learning curve involved in using both the sealer and bags, especially using them for the first time. It is better to freeze the vegetables so less liquid leaks out, which would disrupt the bag's sealing. In the evening, she had prepared and slightly reheated some cauliflower she had harvested from her garden He showed me how to seal the bag, and how the sealer pulled air out of This is amazing! Nutri-Scan is a dietary supplement Both Lock bags and the sealer work fine together, and I recommend either or both of them to others seeking to make a similar purchase. Thanks for following me. I appreciate it a lot We would like to receive feedback and follow-up with you to make sure all is well. The fact that your company values its customers suggests that they value yours as well. I would like to convey my sincere thanks to the customer in Lakewood, CO.
This is the first time I've used these since I bought them a month ago. The fact that I knew this before purchasing was not news to me. Unfortunately, this is not as convenient as cutting them by hand. I'll probably roll out some to make them fit well. Although I think the price alone would be enough for me to recommend it. I could not believe what I was seeing. These are terrible. It is NOT a good idea to purchase them. My realization three months later is that the cheap imitations aren't as effective as the real stuff. You have to There doesn't seem to be any issues/it seems to have Over the course of yesterday, I resealed at least ten packages that had gaps/rooms. One package was actually burned by the freezer.
I ordered two rolls of foodsaver bags from Kmart, one 11x50 and one 8x50- I have no problems with the machine using such bags. In spite of the fact that the bag in which they arrived lists two sizes, I received 2 11x50. As it turned out, I needed the 8x50 even So I went to the store to get it. Due to the fact that they aren't working. It is possible to create a seal at one end - Take a deep breath and let a little air out of there The air cannot be forced out of the bag and automatic sealing will not occur. Neither I nor any of my equipment is affected by moisture. My attempts at everything were all in vain. Thanks to food saver bags I bought at Kmart, my machine works great now. Update Please let me know if you have any issues with these bags When you hold the bag up high and at an angle to the machine while vacuuming, you will get the machine to work- The wait begins. . . Seal it and it will remain sealed.
I would like to preface this review by saying There's no point in buying these bags. A NutriChef sealer that I bought on Amazon ($*50) accompanies the food. With the NutriChef you get bags with ridges on the inside, in a crossing pattern, so you can let - There is only one side of these bags that has This is not both possible As a result, it's a design flaw from the start. Adding to that is the fact that the bags melt at very low temperatures, causing the seal to break, the vacuum to fail, or the bag to not go through altogether. In the case that I could return them for credit, I would do so, and I would buy I don't understand why people spend money to waste.
Ziploc vacuum sealers I bought had been really useful. I only wish I had found this earlier. My vacuum sealer came with quite a few Ziploc bags when I bought it earlier this year. It was more expensive than OEM stuff when we recently ran out. This is a good alternative. It's simple and easy. The first end is sealed, then the length is cut, food is added, and then the other end is sealed. We were able to seal our food in the vacuum sealer perfectly.
While I tried various troubleshooting techniques (cleaned all the parts of my vacuum sealer and reassembled them, made sure all seals were closed and there were no air pockets, moved the food, adjusted the bag positioning, etc), the bags still wouldn't seal. It was possible to seal the bags, but no air would be drawn out (the cleaner worked in other bags, but Despite the fact that I opened them already, I will return Keeping a product that does not work is a waste of time and resources!.
I didn't know 50' was the limit! It took 12 rolls of 154 gram 8" to cover the 12" width of the item. I are 7'8". It is obvious they should weigh substantially more if they are 50', so I did not bother weighing the others. I will update later if there are any changes to be made. Announcing an update As a matter of fact, I measured the heaviest (11" 253 grams) roll and it was nearly Using the following formula, I computed what weight The seller offered $4 of a refund plus 3% off to the customer, because the 8" 50' should weigh at least 567 grams, and the 11" 50' should weigh at least 750 grams. The last thing you want to do! We are returning.
