It's all right. However, the vacuum did not always seal fully and a small amount would always leak out again when the seal was broken. I have been a prepper for over 10 years, so maintaining vacuum integrity and securing seal is essential. A dry storage facility is a long-term storage facility. It is clear that these bags are of superior quality to cut-price bags Thank you- The bags I got are my own. My original purchase was a gallon and one size larger, so I went ahead and ordered a gallon and one size smaller. Moreover, the bags do not have to be cut to size! It doesn't take long for all 100 bags to disappear! I have not come across a single problem. Those are the most important endorsements for any product. Although I am sorry to provide a negative review, the packaging of the product was so bad that debris could be seen between the bags. I do not think it is ideal for a food storage product. Additionally, the corner does not lay flat, as you can see in the picture. The product itself was fine but better packaging would have been appreciated (and I'm sure I can live with the fine packaging).
It has been a while since I purchased this brand, but this batch does not seal properly. I must cut an inch off the top to get a full seal. As a precaution, I always fold down the top before placing food in bags to avoid getting leftovers in the sealing area so the sealing area is always dry prior to sealing. There are a number of sealer bags that I have purchased, and I don't mean to be rude, but they are disgusting! There is no way I could ever find a better quality bag than these.
