Good morning, You can definitely make more than 20 snow cones. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at (920) 920-9090. 347- 9122, or go to nostalgiaproducts.com for more information. com
It all depends on how quickly you can churn out a snow cone. It's not too bad because once you've built up enough ice, it stays pretty cool. However, because it lacks internal cooling, it will not last if left out in the sun for an extended period of time. Because you can shave the ice as you go, it's perfect for a party. You'll be fine if you make everything to order.

I was a little worried because some of the reviews mentioned texture and how the ice didn't shave down very much, but I went ahead and bought it anyway. I had a large shave from another company that makes fluffy ice, and it was a pain to use. The best part about the Nostalgia machine is that you can use regular ice maker ice instead of the special mold that my other machine requires. I start with crushed ice from my icemaker; I'm not sure if this helps, but it seems to. It has a texture similar to those rainbow snow cones you get from the ice cream truck, rather than fluffy ice. And to fill it up 15 times like in the picture, you'd have to open it and fill it 15 times. You must fill it each time you use it. I make three snow cones out of a 16-ounce glass of crushed ice. I originally bought it for an outdoor summer party, but the chopper part doesn't hold much. I've used it on a daily basis since then. I have five children, and this summer has been particularly hot. I like the way it looks, so I just put it on the counter. I think the shelf is pointless, and the door feels like it will break if you open or close it, but it functions. When I'm finished, I scoop out the majority of the ice and simply lay it on its side, allowing it to drain into the sink before wiping it out. It's very simple. Even if it's only for the summer, I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.
We used to rent one of those big, fancy commercial snow cone machines every year. This year, I decided to buy one instead of renting one because it would be less expensive. I didn't want to spend more than $250 on a large, expensive commercial type. And that is absurd. So I bought this product, despite the fact that I was a little hesitant after reading a few reviews. However, it appeared to be the best product to buy in general. And I was absolutely correct in my choice. The efficiency with which this machine operated astounded everyone. It produced a lot of snow cone ice in a short amount of time. Because one of the reviews stated that it did not crush ice cubes well, I went to Sonic and bought two bags of ice. What a brilliant idea; the Sonic bag of ice was less expensive than regular ice, and the resulting snow cone ice was perfect; this product is light, packs well, is simple to use, and is, in my opinion, a superior product. This was an excellent purchase.
The door latch is a disaster. Without a lot of force, it's impossible to open or close. To my original, I've added a change. br>It hasn't been three months since I last saw you. It also doesn't work any longer. br>Original feedbackbr>If it weren't for the door on the snow cone maker, I would have given it five stars. You have to yank the door open because it is stuck shut. It becomes even more difficult to close it after that. It lacks a door, as do their other products. It's a terrible situation. When I tried to open it out of the package for the first time, I broke it. And I'm not sure if they'll take it back because I broke it trying to open it. The ice shaver is a game changer. It's very quick and effective. It's safe enough for my grandson, who is seven years old, to use. br>It has a nice appearance. br>Make sure it's the right size. br>However, they'll have to come up with a solution for the door latch.
This retro snow machine has everything I want in a snow machine: it's cute, it's functional, and it's affordable.
It was in the low nineties yesterday and today, so I went for a two-hour motorcycle ride before lunch, and when I got back, I was hot and thirsty. I took out the machine, shaved 4 regular ice cubes, put a little blue raspberrybr> syrup in the bottom of the cup, filled it with'snow from the machine,' added a little more blue raspberry syrup on top for color and added flavor, and put in a straw. I took out a spoon and started eating. Oh, my goodness, that was fantastic! br>This thing is definitely going to get a workout this summerbr>works perfectly with regular ice cubes straight from the tray.
This is something that both my 3 year old daughter and I enjoy! It's small enough to fit on a counter, light, and extremely useful. The ice is soft and fine, but not as fine as shaved ice, but it's better than some of the other ice I've seen made by snow come machines. We use it frequently, and I recently purchased one as well. I'm looking forward to getting their popcorn machine.
This was used for a bake sale at my child's school. In an hour, we made a little more than 70 Snow Cones! This device is incredible and extremely simple to operate. We thought we'd need small ice cubes, but we used Gas Station Bagged Ice and it worked perfectly! It was a hit with the kids, and it's small enough to take out and use on a daily basis if desired.
Works great. My wife had gastric bypass and this, along with some sugar-free snow cone liquid, saved her life. It was a refreshing, flavorful treat that didn't make her ill.
