This was a gift for her that I recently received. She claims it's a very heavy-duty piece of machinery that shoots out ice like she's never seen before. I'm so glad I bought this for her because she loves it so much more than the other two machines she's had over the years.

I was let down

I was surprised by how heavy and sturdy it was, but it sprayed ice from the collection bowl when it was turned on. It also doesn't shave ice; instead, it crushes it in a way that falls somewhere between regular crushed ice and snow cone ice, which disappointed me.
