In a nutshell I can't emphasize enough how great the shipping here was. It showed up at my door much earlier than I had anticipated. I was impressed by the neat packaging of the product. You can figure out how to use it easily, even though the instructions are in Japanese. The blades of the ice maker are adjustable so that their amount of fluff can be controlled. frame of the chair appears to be metal, but it is actually made from plastic, but I would say that it is sturdy enough. Although I have noticed some vibration during the ice shaving process, it is actually not that bad considering you are literally chopping ice at high speeds. This product has been used twice, and both times it has met my expectations. Thus far, everything seems to be going well. A 5 star review from start to finish.

I like it when it snows! When making ice that is too course like a snow cone, the blade needs adjusting but it's really easy. Twisting a knob is all you have to do. I like how easy and simple it is It was easy to figure out simply by looking at the pictures even though the instructions did not come in English. If you plan on having several ice pucks handy, I recommend having a few on hand. You can eat two small servings of ice cream from one puck, but then again, I tend to do one puck per person if we're being realistic. It's a super light dessert if you don't add ice cream to the bottom of the dish. Depending on what toppings you want, you can dress the dish however you want. In my recipe, I use tropical flavored syrups I bought on Amazon (or I make my own), as well as AMAZING! I love it so much! Sure, it was an investment, but it was totally worth it.
