Can this machine be returned if there is a problem?

In the 3 months following the purchase of my machine, I faced issues, and they sent the part and helped me understand how to resolve them. There is nothing to complain about from my side.

How well do these stand up to use outside in warm climates?

In warm areas, the unit will also function, but the freezing time will increase. Expose to direct sunlight as little as possible. If the extension cord is used in an outdoor area, do not use it. We have tested and are happy with the unit, once it is tested we will sell it. The unit sold used as new was filled with liquid, so it was not factory clean, but never run before we purchased it.

How many watts can you achieve at top speed? How long will it take you to recover?

It is not possible for this machine to use 15 Amps as it would be 1800 watts.

I will never purchase a Bravo product again! The machine broke within the first two months, so I was not happy at first

Repaired items are never done on time by the company. The firm is based in Italy, but there is something very unprofessional about "Roberto" once he decides to stick it out in the U. S. There is a high cost for repairs. The have no representatives in most regions and refuse to repair their own products and want me to pay for the repairs even though the item is still covered I would strongly advise you to leave this company immediately.

IBPS MCAS NCAS Using the machine is easy, as is cleaning it. The consistency of the slush It is used for a small business of mine. It is my intention to buy a second, or perhaps a third, machine! As for regrets, there is none.

I am disappointed that the machine malfunctioned after it was first used

When used for the first time, the center drum ceased to function. Was so on the edge of my seat when I got this machine. I so wanted to like it. As a result, I sought assistance from the company whom I found to be very pleasant but they offered to send a new motor after just a day of owning the machine.

The quality of a product

A fault in the machine is that it is too loud and the slushy freezes too much, which causes the auger to stop rotating, making the whole machine vibrate.
