Cuckoo CR-0631F 6 Cup Micom Rice Cooker and Warmer, 10 Menu Options, Made it Korea, Nonstick Inner Pot, White/Pink

In January 2018, I bought a Cuckoo rice cooker to replace my old Zojirushi neurofuzzy rice cooker that had been around for 12 years. After almost a year of being used virtually every day, it is still functioning well. This one does not have the steamed ricewater pipe overflowing from the top ventilator like the Zoji, and it also does a better job of cooking japgokbap (the ratio of mixed grain mix to regular rice is 11). The third point is When I pop the mixed grains into the cooker, I soak them for 30 minutes prior to putting them in. Each time, the mixed brown rice comes out perfectly done. In cases where you have had Korean food at a restaurant and wondered what the slight purple rice with some other things was, that was japgokbap, and you can buy bags of those mixed grains to eat in place of white rice for a more healthy/fiberous dish. -The parts are of high quality, along with the fit and finish There are no creaks or out of alignments, and it is of good quality. Unlike many Zoji brands, this one is made in Korea, which may be important to some since a lot of Zoji are now manufactured in China. There are a couple of important drawbacks I'd like to address There are no handles on the black pan and it does not have any structure to keep it from moving, so when you mix the rice it rotates/moves around its base, which can cause scratch marks on Fortunately, I had handles on the Zoji I had so it wouldn't happen. In spite of being a smart rice cooker, cleaning it involves multiple small parts (the vent tube and cover, the water collector at the back, the removable top lid, etc. ), which can take up to 10 minutes longer than a no-setting cheap rice cooker - There is a lid and a pan on the tab rice cooker. The fact that you have to cook rice every day can be frustrating when you're busy. However, despite the minor issues I have with my purchase, I am very pleased with it. If I were able to afford one of the more expensive pressure washers, I would buy one In the future, I wish to have a cooker cuckoo for my family, but for now this works for my household.

Since March 6th, myself and this item have been dealing with this. Today is May 5th, 2019. There was one reason I waited until now to do this review I wanted to test It seems like every rice cooker I have ever purchased ends up scratched in one way or another, despite the fact that there is never any metal inside. Since I bought them for cheap, I thought that was why. It did something else in less than 2 months, as the protective coating on this much more expensive rice cooker is actually bubbling up and falling I will tell you why you should be concerned. Approximately every 3 days, I use it to make rice for meal prepping, and as soon as it is done, I scoop it into my containers for meal preparation. We do everything that needs to be cleaned by grinding it down, leaving it to cool, then hand washing it, rinsing it, and then drying it and putting it back. The fact that such a thing could happen is just wrong and wrong. American is the only brand of rice maker I would have bought if I wanted a cheap rice maker. While it is really a shame that this makes the best rice I've ever tasted, quality is extremely important when it comes to an item such as I was going to buy a Japanese rice cooker, but I decided not to buy it since I love Korea. But if you're looking for long-lasting, maybe buy a Japanese rice cooker.

My usage of this thing over the past year has been enormous. Great. I had a lot of fun. Whenever I see the color purple I remember my childhood in the late 90's, where everything was so 'edgy-looking' The problem is- There was a metallic shine to the 'girly' things. There is a Caboodle for me too! The rice cooker is the only fault I have. When it's done, the computer does not make a little jingle. You don't need to worry about that. It would have been great if it did, but it didn't. There is so much joy in a jingle, and there isn't that in this. Although I am happy to have rice, I wish I could have twice as much I am happy. That I do not get from this cooker is because it does not sing. One joy is all you need. I gave it 5 out of 5 stars.

It's also nice to have such a heavy water bowl, which is not doubt beneficial to evenly cooking the rice. The reheat function is quick and effective, and the time cook function, which guarantees that my rice will be done exactly when I need it, is very useful. When the rice cooker is in use, the outside surface of it keeps only a very small amount of warmth to the touch, which is much better than other rice cookers I have used. I find that even in warm mode, which I use frequently during Shabbat, the rice does not become dry like my previous rice cookers did. Although I have given this rice cooker five stars because it cooks fantastic rice, there are a couple of minor things that you might want to consider before purchasing. In the first place, if you are unfamiliar with rice cookers, or if you aren't terribly technical, it's worth mentioning that the instructions are not always intuitive, and that the directions for using the rice cooker are often translated poorly from Korean into English. a number of excruciatingly complicated aspects to rice cooking that you can control, but for most people, simply pressing the "cook" button will be sufficient. This does not in any way interfere with the functionality of the rice cooker, nor will it affect the event results. Also, I would have loved for the rice cooker to come with a steamer basket in a perfect world. As of now, there isn't a way to purchase one of these systems from the company, meaning you'll have to buy one yourself if you want to do any streaming. It would seem a silicone one would be the most practical since these aren't exactly "standard sizes. " In summary, as a person who takes rice very seriously, I am very pleased with this rice cooker. I think it is great for its price, especially if you are on a busy schedule and use all the timing features.
