In the email, they told me that they are not going to warranty replacements for their products and that I need to send it to a private party they approve for inspection and repair. It is a piece of junk and the post office does not pay the 20 dollar or more shipping cost to send it. This is the most ridiculous thing you can do, a faulty switch on a rice cooker, I mean, it's only a button and the cooker is extremely simple, so how they could manage to do this I should have known the moment I pulled out the cooker to find a large dent that their quality control was out the window. Buy a Tiger or anything else you might end up getting your money's worth instead of this travesty of a product.
