The item I purchased today is from Bed, Bath & Beyond It goes beyond. In addition to the griddle plate, it came with it! My steak was ready when I got home, and I could not wait to share it with my family. As for the temperature dial, it was a bit confusing when it came to setting the temperature. As far as I can tell, no notch shows where the temperature gauge is positioned. It barely warmed up when I set it to what I thought was low. As the grill warmed up, I set it to what I thought was a higher setting. The rib eye steak was cooked on the grill for 14 minutes, then it was removed to rest for 10 Unfortunately, my veggies did not cook when I put them on to There was no longer a high setting on the grill since it had completely cooled. It was no longer possible to heat up the grill. My steak turned out great, so that's good news. The only good news is that this I found that it was difficult to wipe clean like it showed in the infomercial. The grill is not dishwasher safe as it must have been lied about in the informational. Additionally, I don't see why anyone would lie about the grill being dishwasher safe. The plan was to cook fish tomorrow, but the grill will go back.

While this product performs as advertised, it is not up to the standards it promises. An advertisement on television claims that it can be put in the dishwasher. It is not, according to the package instructions. Directly from Gotham Steel I bought the Smokeless Indoor Grill, and it's horrible. First, the commercial claims that it can be washed in the dishwasher, but it can't. The food is supposed to be cooked evenly, but that is not the case. It's been said that there is virtually no smoke, but there is still a lot A few of the lies stated by the television commercial are at the very least outright lies. There's no way to clean it in water, and it can't be submerged in. There are no free lunches Using the sticky surface for a few times causes it to stick. My eggs were stuck on the surface of the water, so I needed a spatula to remove them. Although a commercial said they slid, this was not the case. Grills are awful and I hate them. I feel like it's just a waste of money, I'm not sure how it can be classified as an investment Electric griddle in good condition for a good price. My attempts to contact the company to request a 100% return have been unsuccessful. Every time I call during working hours, I get a message saying "all circuits are busy". Then the phone goes dead. It is my intent to contact them as soon as possible. Don't take chances!.

Exactly what was advertised did not work! You don't get enough heat in your steak, eggs, or pancakes. There is no steady connection between the thermostat and the socket! Hotplates that you handle by hand, cooking at a slow, slow pace! There's no cleaning the back, not even when there's a lot of water! It's a pity that all of the advertising video's information is missing. It's all lies!.

The flavor of this frank is acceptable for burgers and franks. I suppose it would be beneficial if there was some sort of covering to capture the heat. I recommend that you don't waste your money on this for now.

This is terrible. My personal experience is that it worked three times for me. A portion of the grill has been burned through. The commercials and this product are a fraud. Do not buy them. The paper was thrown.

The temperature is not hot enough to cook the food. My chicken breast was supposed to be cooked on high for 15 minutes when I followed the instructions. Cooking this breast on high for close to an hour took quite a bit of time!.
