The customer service is terrible, and the repair costs are outrageous

Be aware that no matter what the problem is, it will cost $400 to fix it. I paid $2,000 for this machine and had a great time with it until it broke after about 18 months. I called the customer service number and received a shipping label to send it in for repair. And no matter what's wrong, it'll set you back $400. They also left a message for them to call. We called back twice and received no response, as well as a call back to the return phone number we had, with no explanation as to what was wrong. The item is returned without warning, with no note or correspondence about what was done to fix it. br>Choose a different firm to work with.
