The milk component of the product has already broken after two weeks. There is no customer service at all.
This coffee machine had a brief period of operation. Then it started making strange noises and there was no water or coffee coming out of it. I placed another order, but the second one I received does not appear to be the same as the first. I'm finished!.
The machine is well-built and performs admirably if all you need is a straight-edged surface. coffee in the pot When it comes to milk, however, it falls short. beverages with a base - The machine is unable to heat the milk sufficiently. A cappuccino's milk should be between 140 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit. 150F; This machine can only handle temperatures of 109 degrees Fahrenheit. This is not the temperature of milk in a cold cup - this is the temperature of the milk in a hot cup. Even after the circuit has warmed up, this is the maximum temperature of the milk as it leaves the frother. You can change the machine's temperature setting, but it only appears to affect the coffee and not the milk. br>Overall, as others have pointed out, the milk produced by this machine is lukewarm. It's only mildly usable at best. If you only want coffee drinks, get a machine that doesn't have an auto-drip feature. frother. If you want milk drinks, go to a different machine. br>It's a pity, 30-year-old. It could have been a great machine if it had been 40 degrees hotter.
I have a JURA at my vacation home, and I decided to try this automatic machine because it was less than half the price, and I absolutely love it! It makes great lattes and is much easier to clean than my JURA E8. I microwave my milk to remove the chill from the refrigerator, and then I adjust the temperature in the settings to get the perfect cup temperature! The froth produced by this unit is fantastic. It's simple to change it to your liking. This machine is absolutely fantastic! br>It also, thank goodness, does not leave a water mess in the tray like Jura machines do.
We love the machine because it makes a great cup of coffee in a variety of flavors. A regular drip, a latte, an expresso, a cappuccino, and a latte. Cleaning and maintaining it is relatively simple. Everything about the coffee maker is excellent, as it should be for a machine of this price, but there are two minor flaws that prevent me from giving it a five-star rating. The first is that even at the highest water temperature setting, the coffee is only moderately hot. Because it isn't specified, I have no idea what the highest temperature setting is. My Keurig, on the other hand, makes a cup of coffee that is significantly hotter. We frequently need to reheat our coffee in the microwave in a matter of minutes. The second problem is that there should be a set of instructions that are easier to follow. The person who wrote the instruction manual knew everything there was to know about the machine, but he or she lacked common sense when it came to how to write clearly. Instructions should be provided in a simple, step-by-step format. We would buy it again despite the two issues I've mentioned.
It's simple to set up and use, and the results are fantastic. br>br>We've been using it for about two weeks and have had no issues. I've had super automatic espresso machines for almost two decades, but this is my first De'Longhi. br>br>We tried the Phillips 3200 with LatteGo shortly before purchasing this and were unable to get it to produce acceptable espresso.
DeLonghi is a reputable brand that you can trust. Breville is a brand I used to own. This is the best coffee maker. This method takes the longest and necessitates the use of a grinder. br>br>Be the proud owner of a Saeco Incanto. I thought it was great, but it always gave me a false error message when the hopper was full, saying there were no beans. (It's currently being serviced. ) )br>br>This, on the other hand, is the simplest, best menu, and fastest brewer. The milk alternative is adequate but not exceptional. I'd buy a DeLonghi again and recommend it over a Saeco super automatic because it's small, easy to clean, and so on. br>br>Will try to update after DeLonghi has been in my possession for a while. br>br>(Give 4 vs. a total of a total of a total of a total of a total of a total of a It only gets 5 stars because it makes good espresso, not great espresso. Its espresso, on the other hand, is on par with or better than Saeco's - (It's a Phillips machine, by the way. ).
I had some trouble setting up some parts of the coffee machine, but I called the 800 number and received excellent assistance in setting it up. br>The results were fantastic. I've been a Delongi fan for quite some time now. I had a cappuccino pot that I loved for 12 years, but it finally died. Delongi has also provided me with three additional pots for my children.
