HEAVY DUTY PARING KNIFE – This knife has a 3-1/4-inch blade and measures 7-1/8 inches in length overall. It's a longer paring knife that can handle a variety of tasks in the kitchen. Because the handle is slightly longer than other paring knives, you can cut with more leverage.
BLADE IS HAND SHARPENED – The blade is made of surgical grade T420 high carbon stainless steel, is hand sharpened to a razor sharp edge, and is thicker than most paring knife blades for added stability. You'll be slicing and dicing like a pro in no time.
HANDLE MADE OF PERMANENTLY CAST SILVER BRUSHED ALUMINUM WITH SATINFACTION - The heavy duty paring knife's handle is made of permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish. The dishwasher is not recommended for this knife. It's a good idea to wash your hands.

Selected User Reviews For Rada Cutlery Heavy Duty Paring Knife –Stainless Steel Blade With Aluminum Handle, 7-1/8 Inches, Color-Silver

Exceptionally feminine I ordered two of the Stainless Steel handle knives because I like the size and sharpness of the Rada Cutlery Heavy Duty Paring Knife
5/5

It's ideal for people who have small hands. The grip on many paring knives is clumsy. The blade is the ideal size for a paring knife, and it was a great buy. In the future, I plan to look into other Rada Cutlery sizes. Good value for money and good quality.

The knives are outstanding
5/5

I already own the larger knives and was looking for the paring knives. They're the perfect size, and they're easy to hold, giving you more control and a lower chance of cutting yourself while using them. I like the sharpness of these knives, and the edge is holding up well so far. They are all stainless, so no worries about rust. They're dishwasher-safe and easy to clean. These are a great deal for what you get; I haven't found a better deal for the quality.

The long journey has finally come to a close
5/5

It's been 25 years since I purchased one of these knives. My husband was always complaining that we should have purchased more. I've never been able to locate it in a store. I ordered it after stumbling across it on Amazon. I ordered a second one of the same product. They're all exactly the same. To keep the edge on the 25-year-old knife sharp, I used a $3 sharpening stone (be careful, it can get very sharp).

In my opinion, this is the greatest knife ever made
5/5

When I was a kid, my mother had a knife that looked a lot like this one, and she loved it. Was one of her favorite kitchen knives, so when I saw it on Amazon one day, it brought back a lot of memories for me, and I needed a good kitchen knife anyway, so I figured I'd give it a try, and boy am I glad I did. Very light, sharp, and simple to use (especially for me, as my fingers are short), this knife has quickly become my favorite, and I use it to cut up all of my fruits and vegetables!.

For the money, this is a fantastic knife
5/5

My favorite knives are those made by Rada. extremely low-cost sharp, sharp, sharp However, only if you invest in a knife sharpener and avoid putting them in the dishwasher. I enjoy sharpening them on a regular basis. Here used to be a Cutco salesman. He instructed me to get my favorite knife out of the cabinet. When my knife cut as well as his, he was stumped for words. However, keep in mind that you should sharpen your blades on a regular basis.

This company is great because they stand behind their product
5/5

They make excellent knives, among other things, and they will replace anything that breaks. The knives are razor-sharp, well-balanced, and excellent value for money. They last a long time and come with their own protective sleeve to keep the blade and your fingers safe when reaching into the drawer.

It's a great knife, but it's not ideal for cutting apples
4/5

This was purchased with the intention of taking it to work and using it to cut fruit. It's very light and all in one piece, which is exactly what I was looking for. When it comes to apples, however, it's almost too light. Because it was difficult to control and very sharp, I was afraid of cutting myself. This is an excellent knife for other fruit with a soft flesh.

This is an excellent paring knife
5/5

These paring knives are fantastic. For as long as I can remember, my mother has been buying Rada knives, and I've always said, "I need to get some of these. " I purchased a paring knife and a set of steak knives, and I absolutely love them! The only recommendation I have is that if you plan to put them in the dishwasher, you should get the ones with the black resin handles rather than the aluminum handles. In the dishwasher, the aluminum discolors. That doesn't bother me, but you might be put off by the appearance.
