For the first time, he made his own and it turned out well. In this video for beginners, he used this set and watched a YouTube video on how to make My experience with this set was extremely positive and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone starting out. Though it was a bit dull, the knife was still usable. The set comes with a set of easy to use scissors which we used to cut the sushi, but I wouldn't let that deter you from purchasing it.

I bought it because of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Even though I had never previously created sushi, I was able to nail it on my first try after receiving this kit! Although it would be beneficial to watch some YouTube videos beforehand, this kit contains all you need, aside from instructions. As far as I've had problems, I only have a problem with the way the ingredients adhere In videos, it seems like many people have them wrapped in plastic, which would make cleaning up much simpler. But if you're just making sushi every once in a while, or just learning how to, this kit is perfect for you. I think this is a great deal.
