I followed the directions on the included card and emailed a photo of the broken dish to the address provided, and received a response the next day. I was expecting a replacement for the broken dish, but instead I received a new set. Handle with care; they're beautiful, but I wouldn't wash or store them roughly. Even though I have spares, I don't want to break any more of these.

They are fantastic. They appear to be very durable, and cleaning them was a breeze. I thought the packaging in between the bowls could have been a little more cushioned, but everything was in good working order and there were no broken items.
