Exactly what I needed

It was ideal for a first-time sushi chef, as it required only the most basic rolling skills. The chopsticks were nice and seemed to last a long time, and cleanup was simple because I wrapped the mat in plastic wrap. I didn't need the knife because I used my fingers dipped in water to spread the mixture.

Beginners should avoid this game

I'm new to this, but I'm a big fan of sushi and wanted to give it a shot. welllll. I have NO IDEA how this worked before plastic ziploc bags were invented because I COULD NOT KEEP THE RICE FROM STICKING TO THE BEAN AND IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. Despite the fact that the results were WAY better, I hacked it by putting the other in a ziploc bag. The rest, I suppose, will have to be technique. Over all. I gave it a 3/5 star rating because it's clearly not for beginners, and the supplies included don't keep the rice from sticking to anything.
