Nice to use for sushi making. If you are using the bag, place it in a gallon plastic freezer bag to keep it clean.
I think it worked out pretty well. There was some rice stuck to the wood, which was a little difficult to clean, but it worked well in general! I am happy with the purchase because in addition to sushi making, the spoons can be used for other stuff as well. As for the rest, I got nova lox to provide protein, combined it with baby carrots and spinach, added a bit of chipotle mayo, and drizzled it with sesame seeds. It was delicious.

I really like how easy it is to use and how well it works! The only thing I would like is if it came with a washable plastic cover like Saran Wrap.
